TOPIC: How many times have you set a New Year's Resolution, only to feel guilty about a lack of follow up days or weeks after January 1? One of the challenges in sticking to a resolution is that we don't focus on the "why" before we set the goals.

This one hour workshop will be led by Rev. Cathy Sweeney, who will ask each of us, "What is important to you and your family?" "What are your values?" "How do you know you are upholding those values?"

Bring pen and paper to the workshop, be ready to explore and discern values, and learn how to set goals in a whole new way!
